A. On the AVS ftp site (ftp.avs.com) in pub/express/demos/medical/cxx_demo.tar.Z.

Download, uncompress, and untar this file to create a cxx_demo directory. There is a README file in the directory that should tell you everything you need to know. The components include a field reader, a tiled viewer and an orthogonal viewer.
