AVS/Express V5.1 Release


As part of Advanced Visual Systems' ongoing program of improving and supporting the AVS/Express product line, we are pleased to announce the availability of the AVS/Express 5.1 release. We appreciate your business, and this release reflects our continued commitment to your success.

AVS/Express 5.1® is being released with platform upgrades, and it contains many product improvements, nearly all of which have been requested by users such as yourself. Your suggestions for product improvements drive our development efforts, and we believe you will benefit from this new release.

New Product Features

  • A new ColorMap Editor to improve usability and interactivity when assigning color ranges.
  • Stereo support on HP and all Windows platforms.
  • Vector Postscript Output enhancement.
  • TrueScale plotting option to enable accurate measurements from hardcopy output.
  • Fast Array Project to improve performance associated with the handling of field arrays.
