There are a number of mistakes in the Gsharp Web Edition examples

CORRECTIVE ACTION

Seismic Drill down

Take corrected copies of the following files from ftp.avs.com

• $UNIDIR/example/cgi-bin/gs_seismicSymbol.gsl
• $UNIDIR/example/cgi-bin/gs_seismicArea.gsl
• $UNIDIR/example/GsharpWE/seismic/index.html
• $UNIDIR/example/GsharpWE/seismic/seismic_Europe.dat

If you are using IRIX 5.3 then you should also install Patch 702 or use the workaround in FTB 188

Profiles

Add the following symbolic link

ln -s $UNIDIR/lib/mjava $UNIDIR/example/GsharpWE/profiles/mjava

If you want to recreate the jave code you must also take a copy of the following file from ftp.avs.com

• $UNIDIR/example/GsharpWE/profiles/profiles.gsl

Zoom

Rename the following file:

cd /WWW/cgi-bin/  # Modify as appropriate
mv gs_zoom.cgi zoom.cgi
