PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

If there is a license error when tux starts then it stops without an error message.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

If tux does not start then

• Check that LM_LICENSE_FILE is set correctly and that the license server is up and running.

• Check that UNIRAS_TOKEN is set to the token used in the license file (2313 in the above example).

If the license is up and running and UNIRAS_TOKEN is set correctly then contact AVS support for further help.
