Uniras 7.0 Patches

Here is a full list of UNIRAS 7.0 patches in chronological order.

  • Patch 148 - Profile - Correct arrays and mappings behaviour in profile system
  • Patch 149 - Drivers - Correct bug in CGM driver
  • Patch 701 - Gsharp - SunOS 4.1 version will report XtERROR: Cannot perform realloc
  • Patch 150 - Gsharp - import_report cannot read very long lines
  • Patch 702 - Gsharp - Expression parsing error on IRIX 5.3
  • Patch 151 - Drivers - Correct bug in Java driver
  • Patch 152 - Gsharp - Generate GSL works as in Gsharp 2.1
  • Patch 153 - Gsharp - Patch 153 is a required part of Patch 152
  • Patch 154 - Libraries - Fixes error when writing a UNIPICT formatted segment

UNIX INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

  1. Save all patches in $UNIDIR/patches
  2. Execute the UNIRAS 7v0 login (source uni.login or . uni.profile)
  3. cd $UNIDIR/patches
  4. ../config/patch.uni
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

VMS INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Patches for both DEC VAS and DEC Alpha OpenVMS are found in the same backup file.

  1. Save the patch in a new directory on your VMS system with the name Pnnnnn.BCK
  2. SET FILE Pnnnn.BCK /ATTR=(RFM:FIX,LRL:32256)
  3. BACKUP Pnnnn.BCK/SAVE_SET []
  4. @INSTALL
